Zipspeed™ Tandem Zipline Trolleys have 7075 Aerospace grade aluminium side plates, to minimise flexing and to provide superior wear resistance, whilst keeping the weight of the trolley to a minimum.
Fitted with special rubber-sealed, deep groove ball bearings as standard, chosen for optimal high speed, low friction performance.The rubber seals retain the grease lubricant, whilst defending the bearings from moisture and contaminants, giving the Zipspeed™ a lifespan of several thousand kilometres.
The RP075A1, B1 AND G1 Zipspeed™ Trolleys are fitted with an acetal brake buffer,. Slight discolouration on the wheels is normal. All models have several choices of aperture for attachment to the lanyard, including a large central aperture which will accommodate a wide variety of karabiners and snaphooks. The rear aperture can be used to attach a secondary lanyard.
