Description
Zipspeed™ Tandem Zipline Trolleys have 7075 Aerospace grade aluminium side plates, to minimise flexing and to provide superior wear resistance, whilst keeping the weight of the trolley to a minimum.
Fitted with special rubber-sealed, deep groove ball bearings as standard, chosen for optimal high speed, low friction performance. The rubber seals retain the grease lubricant, whilst defending the bearings from moisture and contaminants: giving the Zipspeed™ a lifespan of several thousand kilometres.
The RP076A1, RP076B1 and RP076G1 Zipspeed™ Trolleys are fitted with a rubber brake-buffer (a replaceable wear item see KT076BMP1), to absorb impact load at the end of the run. They have several choices of aperture for attachment to the lanyard, including a large central aperture which will accommodate a wide variety of karabiners and snaphooks. The rear aperture can be used to attach a secondary lanyard. The small central hole (just above the ISC logo), can be used to attach an accessory bar/handle – see KT761A
The upgraded RP076G1 (formerly RP076C) NEW Bumper Material
Flat end bumpers are now made from an impact resistant Polymer which has significantly increased the wear resistance when impacting an end stop/braking system.
